MCL tear - anyone had it?

played my first half of rugby the other week for the mighty london stock exchange rfc, was pretty much fine.

I hadn't really done any rugby specific training, so was jumping in at the deep end but was normal in the end.

so back playing rugby, and also weekly 100km+ rides on the bike, probably fitter than when i had my op!
