Take it much much easier, bigger rests between runs, shorter runs etc.I know overtraining.
Now you need to strengthen your shin muscle, with some of the exercises mentioned above if you wish to continue. If I was you I'd so general leg strengthening exercises anyway. It can only help if you wish to stick with running.
