I try and eat whole food when possible and, when not able to, only trust Reflex products really. The cheap discount brands are a false economy in my view.

I use the chocolate flavour Science in Sport Rego Recovery soya based protein shake. It's delicious - Basically it tastes like chocolate cake mix!
I had the whey-based one previously but that tasted weird and revealed a whey intolerance which gave me a stomach upset of biblical proportions about two hours after I'd consumed it, fortunately when I was at home.
