Ripped Muscle and Fitness Orpington

Am looking to join a gym round the Orpington area for general fitness and have seen this one in the High Street. Is anyone here a member or have used this gym and can let me know what it's like.

By the looks of it it's more centred round free weights as opposed to cardiovascular stuff but would be grateful for people's opinions/experiences.
