Do these things work?

I see them a lot on teleshopping channels late at night and get emails about them? Seem cheap as chips

I have a bit of a gut and to be honest I can’t be arsed doing exercise to loose it ( I have stopped drinking beer and Ribenna but never made a difference) I don’t want a washboard stomach but itd be nice if my leathers started to fit again.

So can I just strap one on and feel the burn or do I need to move more and eat less to loose my gut.

Breakfast – sugar puffs or frosties

Lunch – Fruit salad things, crisps and a chocolate bar

Dinner – spaghetti bolognaise or mince in tatties or pizza or chicken and potatoes or chicken wraps.

Desert – 2 to 3 mini twisters a night.

Pretty good diet I thought.

I mean not great but not a lot of fat in it.

I cut out Ribenna and Irn Bru as the sugars were mental in them.

I now drink no added sugar juice.

i thought frosties and sugar puffs were good for me. Well maybe not good but not a bad way to start the day.

mini twister is an ice cream.

I've no time for exercise really.

I used to be on site everyday and that kept me active but now I'm in a drawing office the only exercise I get is on the bike (motorbike) and when I get my hole.

I've always wondered how many calories you burn off whilst on a motorbike.

3 hours on a sports bike and you bloody know about it.

not saying it's like running a marathon but must burn a few calories.

That's alright, you have plenty of time for dying prematurely.

Go for the belt. Great idea. They're cheap as chips, so what have you got to lose?
yawn, who wants to live long anyway.

anyway 4 hours on the motorbike today lots of leaning and holding on trying to fight the wind followed by a big mac, guts going to be gone in no time!
