Hello folks I'm in the process of setting up a gym. It's being kitted out with the usual suspects free weights, machines, cardio equipment etc but I'm looking for different ideas.
I know a few of you in the past have put up links for strength/ conditioning equipment.
I've brought a double grappler smile, isometric rings smile, a feck off straight chin bar for chin presses. Anything else you can think off.
Cheers

One thing it's worth thinking about - what quality is the cardio kit you're buying / leasing?

Lots of gyms seem to be set up with Technogym equipment, which is awful stuff, especially their cross trainers.

My gym has a load of nearly new Life kit, which is massively better.

The kind of thing would make or break a gym for me.
I've gone for precor at the moment, it's not going to be a big set up 50 members at best.

Not being funny, but how are you not going to blow a stack of money for no return on those figures?
That's only part of the gym

I love interesting kit. All that strongman kit above is ace. Would be great if my gym got a log.
Had an outdoor day last week where we had lots of stuff. My favourite were the battleropes, the prowler, the heavy duty bag and the hydro stuff. Hydro bags filled with some water and packed with air.
I also liked the Bulgarian bag (gonna buy my own) and power clubs.
I like that glute ham machine.
I suppose you'll have a hammer and tire? Or a mace?
A bungee rope?

BMW has a floor thing with straps, that you can use to push/jump against. That looked good.
Would love ropes but I'm going struggle with floor space. I'm liking the bear crawl equipment
