Plausible Diagnoses for Fluid Lumps on Legs?

Yeah I know, go see a quack, but its not me that is having them.

Basically fluid bulges appearing on the person's legs. Started out on Sunday, one randomly appeared just above her knee after we'd been out a drive in the car. Got a text off her today saying another one's appeared on her hip and one on her ankle. They werent sore to touch or anything and werent solid.

Any ideas?
