At the end of the day if ANY player wants to leave a club there is little the club can do about it.
Unfortunately players have the upper hand these days. loyalty in football is such a rare thing now. The money is so massive at some of the big clubs it is difficult for talented players not to want a part of it.
If our top players do leave we will still be a top ten side and that will do for me if we can also throw in a decent cup run.
I agree there. It's all about the agents and money money money. If we lose some of our quality, a top 10 finish and decent cup run would see me happy smile

If our top players leave a top ten finish will be difficult. Everyone else will improve too.

If MoPo goes and not adequately replaced it could be much worse. He got some players I previously thought as average playing really well, Cork, Fonte, Rodriquez. Plus huge improvements from the young guys, although this could have happened anyway, Chambers, Shaw et al.

Nervous times. If we can keep Adam, Morgan, Dejan and Big Rick, then with a couple of additions, we could do better than 8th. If we have to spend big money to re-build the team, then it would be tough. Fingers are crossed that Luke stays another year, but expecting that he will go and that Osvaldo will also depart... Gaston?

Pochettino in talks with Spurs, apparently. Please don't be true. Why would he go there anyway? It's not like they're that big a club FFS

BBC sport makes for depressing reading today. Of the 6 or so stories on the app, one is Pochettino set to be announced as new Spurs manager, and another about Lallana being able to concentrate on his England role in the middle of agreeing terms with Liverpool. frown

I hope not. Moyes?

Really hope Spurs go for someone else other than Pochettino but it's not looking good.

Sad day ?

Not for me. He was offered a long contract and I suspect money for new players and declined the offer.
I don't care if you are management or player. If you do not want to be here then see ya!
Too many people in football crave the glory of the big time but that is a double edged sword as the bigger boys insist on achieving that glory.
We would never make top four, Spuds are unlikely to make top four but will spend a fortune to make it happen. God help the fall guy, sorry manager , who fails to deliver.
The true fans support their clubs through thick and thin, regardless of manager or players
