You just played us at a good time My brother rang on the morning of the game cos one of his mates couldn't make it, unfortunately I was out Saturday night and didn't get the message until gone 11 I'll be at the Mol to see revenge exacted though.

Probably true.... Doyle up front by himself gave us precious little trouble; had Fletcher been there might have been a different story. Have to say it was a very good game for a local derby! You probably were better off not going though wongthecorrupter said:

Nope I'm not sure that we deserved to win today but I don't really care, we've got some horrible games coming up and 3 points here was vital, the tension around the ground was clear to see, hopefully they can get a bit of confidence and start to play how we know they can.
Right, after missing PH for a few months I finally have my computer sorted again.
I went to the Wigan game, and we were bloody lucky to have got away with the three points which we did. (thank you Hugo Rodellaga)
Guardeola is quite possibly the worst player I have ever seen in a Wolves shirt, and should be sold ASAP, as should Stearman, Vokes etc to make way for better players.
We were unlucky against Everton, but again Ward made a mistake which cost us; he's done it a few times this season and isn't consistent enough! I'm just glad we're playing Chelsea when we are as they are on a horrible run at the moment.
Only a handful of teams look even more poor than us this season, these include Wigan, Blackburn, Fulham and Bolton. The teams that have come up look solid, with the exception of Norwich who I think will finish just above the relegation zone. Swansea look a very competent side - especially at home and will concede barely any goals. QPR will obviously strengthen even more come January and will be pushing for a top 10 finish IMO.
Stoke are another dark horse for relegation IMO - the Europa league is obviously taking its toll on the players this season and they don't look the same team they were last season and I think Blackburn will get something out of them tomorrow..Going to be a tricky season!

Yep. We were one kick from losing that. The first half was awful and really looked like 2 nervous teams terrified of making a mistake, when we went forward we looked good and their keeper made an astonishing save. I agree with your comments about the players above as well, Zubar gives us so much more than Stearman. We really need a 4th striker though as with SEB and Fletcher injured we have been hopeless. We've got a tough run coming up but there are winnable games in amongst it. This season we seem to be beating teams around us which is a turnaround from before. Taking 3 points off rivals is far more important than getting the attention of beating Man U or Chelsea IMO.
10 in his last 15 for Fletcher. Good games from Ward (POTS so far for me), Edwards, Jarvis and to an extent Zubar and O'Hara. Hunt was pish, and deservedly pulled, for Hammill, who was very good when he came on. Brave decisions by Mick, and whilst we were more open without Henry, we moved the ball more quickly.
There was a spell at 1-0 down where we looked to be giving up, and we needed a spark. Hennessys save gave us that and the whole place, fans and players all lifted. Great cross from Jarvo, and excellent header. I couldn't give a f**k if it was handball by JOH for his second, it was a fantastic finish.
I got f**king soaked.

It was karma for Seb Larsons' Tom Dailey impression. I can't wait until we have Foley back, as it's what we need IMO, right back being our weakest position.
I'm not expecting miracles against Man UTD next week, just hope we don't get thrashed 4-5.
On another note, Hennesey does worry me at times, Richardson's first goal beating him at his near post.
