Now would you just look at that! another win for the MIGHTY Queens Park Rangers! Hahaha. It's just too easy. We have walked this league. Roll on Premiership football next year.
Just out of interest, how old are you? We're not all like him I promise.
Any Hoops fan that isn't worried about our hearing with the FA must be a nut job. We've had a good season, but it could all go down the drain in an instant - If the FA decide to punish us with a points deduction, at best we'll stay in teh play offs, at worst, we could miss out altogether
As good as QPR have been this season, our position in the league has just as much to do with the failure of any of the others in and around the top 6 to put in a sustained challenge.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for May 3rd, but one thing's for sure - I won't be celebrating going up until the hearing is out of the way
Still, to end on a positive note, Shorpe tomorrow, so hopefully another 3 points
Forest certainly seem to be on a bad run at the moment, one the of the clubs that I thought would put the R's under some pressure - They were close enough, that a win against us, and winning all of their games in hand would have put them top
Since they played us at Loftus Road, (where they played some good football) they seem to have just fallen to pieces
As for the fine or points next season, I'd much rather we got a big fine. A points deduction next year would just ensure we end up back in the championship for the 2011/12 season

A level headed qpr fan, thank god. You will be fine. London club so 750k fine. Or points deduction next season.
As for forest, we are the only team in the league not to win a game in the last 8 games, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
The reason the FA will make a decision before the end of the season (3rd May) is that if there is a points deduction, it will take effect before this season ois finished. Otherwise a club can go up afer it has been involved in illegalities, collect the huge amount of money for simply being in the premiership and then go down with the big paycheck which would be unfair yet again on the rest of the clubs in the championship. As for forest, we are the only team in the league not to win a game in the last 8 games, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Maybe the real solution is to automatically relegate a club if they are caught red-handed doing illegal things. It would be a huge deterrent and no excuses.
A terrible result for the R's today, but Norwich slipped up, leaving us 9 points clear...
I certainly wouldn't want to be the Rangers players in the dressing room - Warnock is likely to go mental after a result like that.
I was listening to Talk Sport the other day, and they summed up the Championship pretty well I thought when one of the presenters said 'QPR keep leaving the door open, but the other teams don't seem to want to walk through it'

I think everyone and their dog has been 2nd and fell out of it. Us, swans, cardiff etc. Norwich seem to be hanging about though.I certainly wouldn't want to be the Rangers players in the dressing room - Warnock is likely to go mental after a result like that.

Yesterday was just one of those days for Norwich. We lost an early goal to freekick that wouldn't have been out of place in the champions league, then went 2-0 down after a great volley. I thought we played ok, the ball just wouldn't roll for us, we had a few good chances in the 2nd half and really went for it, leaving us exposed for their 3rd. Overall, a little disappointing but after a run of 1 defeat in 18 we were due a loss. Hopefully we can pick ourselves up for Watford and then Forest.

You played well, but Holt did not have his scoring head on. Credit to our keeper who had a blinder with two fantastic double-saves.It was a great advertisement for Championship football!
And yes, I have to gloat a little about Borini's free kick - he has been practising them with Drogba for the last year at the Chelsea training ground....side-footed from 25 yards - fantastic!

Clearly shows we didn't play badly, just didn't take our chances. On another day maybe Borini skies his free kick and Gowers rifler goes out for a throw in.
Cant take anything away from the Swans though, they've played great attacking football all season and deserve to be where they are.
QPR can't win every game but saturday was an embarassment. We had plenty of chances to wrap up the game in the first half and blew them. Routledge could of had a hat-trick but clearly didn'ty have his shooting boots on. Fair play to Shorpe though, they played well and gave us abit of a wake up call. The messagwe from Warnock will be simple, the season is NOT over yet. We need to bounce back tomorrow night against Barnsley as we have a few tricky fixtures after.

Blimey, a sensible post. Shocking! QPR have been the best team this season, there no disputing that. But there not quite as invincible as you've made out in your previous posts.

Agreed, perhaps hes realising his beloved QPR could be the whooping boys if they go up. As mentioned on the QPR thread, some of the your first team regulars would not be good enough. Players at the back that have performed well this season like Orr, Derry, Gorkks, Connolly, there is very little Premiership experience there and its not like these are young lads (Connolly excluded) who are just breaking through, they've played champ football virtually all there career so its a big step up.

No doubt our defense and attack will struggle in the Premiership but fortunatly for us we have rich backers. Alot of people including some dimwit newspaper reporters claim we have spent our way to the top of the league? we haven't. In pre-season we spent no more than 2.5 million, alot less than many other clubs in the Championship. The owners are smart, they spent just enough to get us up and allowed Neil Warnock total control of the club. Now that we are going up (or should do) i expect us to spend quite a few million in the summer on players with Premiership experiance and players that know the league. Warnock isn't stupid. If Warnock is given up to 12 million or more to spend i think we will stay up.
