From what I've read he hasn't turned down the contract as he wants to go anywhere, it's just he thinks he's worth more than they've offered.

Seeing as he's in the Top 5 GK's in world football it's hard to disagree.

A lot of those football rumour sites say it's all done & dusted.

I don't know anything really about him other than he scored 27 goals from 34 games in the Dutch league last season & is a full international at only 21 years old. Looks like a typical Poch/Levy signing.
