I am expecting more than just wins, I am expecting convincing wins, thrashings even.
To "thrash" you have to score, you guys score less than Chelsea however you do have a good defence (ish) even if it does comprise of 22 different players from one week to the next.
It will be interesting to see what a set of players trying to sack a manger turn into when they are playing for their mate.
I don't care about thrashings, I just want a good performance, I think we'll see a lot more running and energy from the team as a whole

To answer the second part of your statement look at Chelsea when AvB was there vs when RdM then took over

Can't wait for tomorrow's game. I hope the players go back to what we know they can do and tear Norwich a new asshole. Mata will be in his correct position I bet, flowing and attacking football to follow. biggrin 1-0 to Norwich.

If we score in the 1st 5 mins then we'll batter them. The longer we go without scoring the more likely they are to beat us.

Is it right that Giggs joked that the first thing he did as manager was to offer himself a five year playing contract extension? hehe

It is true!
Shows a good bit of character at his first media conference.

Just watched the press conference - Giggs is an utter legend. Can't wait for Saturday, I believe we will play Man United's true brand and style of football.

What if there isn't a miraculous return to the 'Man U way' this weekend? What will the reaction be?

Rome wasn't built in a day but we'll see fairly quickly whether they are back to trying to build properly or not.

We will either batter Norwich or we may make a couple of stupid mistakes & lose.

Either way I doubt we will look worse than Norwich

I'm sure Giggs will be afforded a game or 4 at least. hehe

And I'll stick my neck out here, I reckon United will thrash Norwich in the region of 5 goals to the good.

I reckon 9-1. The 1 goal conceded being from a normal Evra mishap.

tongue out

Thanks, that's sorted my bet out for tomorrow then.

United to win 9-1
Phil Jones hat trick
Evra fk up
Giggs to come on and score a penalty

5/1

I'm not even that fussed about a win tomorrow, I just wanna see the lads enjoying themselves and playing with a smile....I do believe that in itself will lead to goals though
