I think I agree with that. However I don't like Mourinho so comeeeee on Moyes.
Well I like Mourinho being in the PL for entertainment but prefer it if he doesn't win anything

Get over to the West Brom thread, buddy. We need more Albion fans to add to the conversation.

I know a lot of people think Chelsea over Man City but I think City have got a great spine in Aguero, Toure and Kompany.

Such a big difference he'll take them to the dizzying heights of exactly where they finished last season?

Not sure why everyone is backing City so much, they don't actually look that good this season and their defence is in tatters right now!

I think....

Chelsea
Man U
City
Spurs

Top three tied on points with only goal difference deciding it!tongue out

Got to laugh at all the comments in the press and on PH about Man U though.

They have added to the team that won the PL (by some margin) last year (Zaha, Fellatio, Varela)and apart from the various loan exits, Scholes is the only obvious loss from the first team. Its ok saying that others have bought big or well but that isn't always a good thing in season 1. Agree Fergie going seems a blow but a) he is still at the club and b) how many critics has he had over the last 5 years who constantly bleated about some of his most recent decisions and selections?

He might still be there and I am sure will be there in the background but Moyes will be his own man.....he's not getting paid the big bucks to ask SAF for advice on team matters. It would only undermine him in the eyes of the board if he did.

SAF was definitely worth points to Utd on so many levels.

It will be very interesting to see how how Moyes does, I think it's great he's got the chance as I thought he did a fantastic job at Everton. Fellaini definitely adds something but I don't really think any of the other additions are going to make a big difference this year. Zaha's probably going to need a year or two to develop at the top level.
