Lallana is not the most natural of goal scorers but even he should have scored that. The momentum for that fourth place is with Utd. Games in hand and grinding out results. We seem out of energy and short on players as we enter the business end of the season.

This season I'm afraid we have no one to blame but ourselves and if it costs us top 4...

When we have got forward, we can certainly break at speed. But City certainly turned up today - we've done well to keep with them (and a bit lucky with some decisions).
