Some really encouraging signs... Coutinho knows where Benteke is all the time. Firmino is working his socks off for the team. Both full backs are much better than we had last year. Milner chases everything.

What a superb half of football, still heart in the mouth when we have to defend but Lucas & Can are picking up their runners well.

I think we needed to get a goal in that half, Arsenal wont be that bad in the 2nd.

But having said that, we actually look like a good side. PC really is special and he and Benteke definitely appear to be clicking.

Genuinely impressed with Joe Gomez.

I was on the board of the Agency he is a client of until earlier this year and I'd never heard of him!!

In terms of this game, got that feeling that we have missed our chance.

Can't believe we haven't scored well in control but you have to take your chances against the top teams as if you don't it usually comes back to haunt you. Lucas adding good steel and no little positional sense to midfield.

Good half, think we shaded it. Still need time to gel as a unit but have played well and more than held our own. Is it me or does this team still seem like it is missing one quality player?
