Good news for sure.

Hopefully the end of the revolving door at Forest.

Comical dive from Gayle for the penalty.

It's like he has springs in his boots.

I think the "premiership" ref was caught up in the occasion. Probably the game was to big for him....

Brilliant news, great to have an owner prepared to put in like this. I really hope we make the play offs and don't fade away as we have done in so many recent seasons.

Great for the club

went to my first and last game of the season today!

my god it was dire. spent more time passing it back than going forward. longed for the days of wingers charging up the sides and passing it in and people actually shooting. how they can justify their wage with that performance i dont know.

and jesus christ the catering and facilities are from a different century. roll on the new stadium updates and maybe replace things like "meat and potato pie" with something with identifiable ingredients frown

Bad times at Forest at the moment, we need a bit of an overhaul to match ambition to reality.

Certainly need a 30+ goals a season striker as a minimum, but really the whole squad need a refresh to move on.

Haven’t been to the ground in a long time, I intend to get to at least a couple of games next year.

So with Keane gone, who will come in to replace him?

Sorry, not a Forest fan but wondering what you guys thoughts are on O'Neill going and his replacement

Seems pretty short sighted to get rid of a legend with a decent managerial track record after only 6 months and no opportunity to mould his own squad

(This isn't a fan of another club coming for a gloat or anything, I'm a Leeds fan so hardly in a position to laugh about instability)

It’s a joke. The club should back the manager and start exiting a few players instead.

Martin understood the club well and has an affinity for the club.

New guy will likely be gone by Christmas, that just seems to be the kind of club we have become.

Hopeless

Seems very strange indeed. Replace a legend with so much experience with a guy nobody has ever heard of, who has NO experience in English football!!!! The Forest hierarchy should be the ones losing their jobs. I agree about the players though, they play for our club under a manager who they clearly didn't like. They seriously need to show it on the pitch & no more excuses....

I also had real concerns for this season, but seems we maybe wrong and should be more optimistic. Apparently one of the best performances at the City Ground for a long time today. Sow and Semedo look excellent signings and at last an attacking positive approach to our formation and tactics.

Come on Pete, we know the run will last just long enough for us all to start to believe again (usually around November for me). Then we will get 3/15 over Christmas and be 5 points of the playoffs until end of March and then finish 12 points off.
