I can't believe there's no Reading thread.

Therefore I guess this will be it's one and only post paperbag

3rd in the table now bounce

Although I guess Birmingham will catch up. But the top 4 spots are really up for grabs - assuming the Hammers slip up.

I took my son to his first ever game at the MadStad this season. As he was born and bred in Reading it made perfect sense.

Cracking game, Watford won 0-2 and Reading had no shots on target biggrin

He still wears his yellow top with pride around town.

East stand ST holder here as well.

Now that Kebe is back and Jason Roberts looks like a decent signing then I think the playoffs are most definitely on the cards.

The Championship is so close this year so it should hopefully add a bit of excitement towards the end of the season.

Never go and see Watford v Reading .. its nearly always a dull game smile

North Stand here. Half way up behind the goal.

Agree Roberts has been great so far, 3 in 4 isn't too shabby.

Exciting times biggrin Got a lot of tough away games coming up (West Ham + Soton included) and it's starting to look like Birmingham on the last day of the season is going to have a lot riding on it.

Another Y23 man?

I think the next game against Middlesborough should be quite interesting. If we win that then i think we are dead on for at least the playoffs.

Still have Birmingham, Southampton and West Ham away though. The nearer to the end of the season it gets the more up for it Doncaster may be (our game in hand).

What's everyone's view on McDermott and Wolves? I'm hoping he's just trying to get some leverage for a nice pay rise from Anton!

Its not looking good if you check the odds from the bookies. 6/4 for Mcdermott to go to Wolves.

I really hope it doesnt happen.

Guilty as charged thumbup

Can't miss me, as I usually have my PH coat and hat on (either cap or woolie, depending on how cold it is) smile

I really hope so too. I fear we'd lose our momentum frown

That is good news about McD staying. It did seem a strange move to go to Wolves only for them to come down in a few months.

I will have to look out for you Kinky. Im about half way up Y23 - been there since Mad Stad was built so no doubt walked past you a few times but cant say i have noticed the PH coat smile

I'm right down the front - row A - 4 seats in on the left hand side. In fact, I don't think I've ever been to a game without my PH jacket and PH (or Williams F1) hat smile

Kinky junior is always with me too (usually in his Royals gear).

Well 2 more games have passed and 6 more points on the board. They arent playing amazing but the results keep coming.

Im hoping Cardiff can do us a favour this afternoon.

Im out of the country for the next two home games so im going to miss those unfortunately but hopefully we can get another win against Portsmouth.

Portsmouth are currently stating they will go out of business before the end of the season, in which case all points against them will be voided.

Am I right in thinking that actually works out quite well for us if it does happen?

West Ham have taken 6 points i think from them already this season whereas we lost at their place earlier in the season.

Manager of the month and player of the month combo. Both well deserved.

Bring on Leicester tomorrow!
