Why isn't the community shield on the telly?

Who cares about Cardiff & West Ham?!?

Firstly presumed it was because we're in BBC Wales region (even though we live in Somerset!) but then finding the proper BBC channel and it's still Cardiff! Have to make do with highlights on itv I suppose...
