I'll kick off...

Mainly the cheating that goes on and excused by those tired, old, ex-pros in the studio as 'being professional' or 'it's always gone on'.

• Holding/shirt-pulling. (thank you Mike Dean)

• Encroachment by the wall at a direct free kick.

• Obstructing the taking of a 'quick' free kick.

All of these are deliberate acts of cheating, you can't do them accidentally. Automatic yellow card please.

• Feigning injury to get the game stopped. Take a leaf of of the RU/RL books and allow treatment on the pitch whilst the match continues.

• Dissent. Specifically ranting and raving in the ref's face after he's made a decision. He's not going to change it, show some respect. Rugby has the right idea, captain only to talk to ref about it. Straight yellow please.
