Steering column universal joints.

I would be extremely grateful for some technical advice. I am using A Subaru rack to convert my TVR to power steering
The rack I am using has a 15.6mm dia x 20 spline pinion shaft (I am told it came off an impreza. but, as I bought it on line, I am not absolutely sure which year/model its from. )
I need the longest intermediate shaft I can find with the correct universal joint end, as I will need to cut it in half to fabricate a new shaft
Can the Subaru community please let me know which different models/years had a rack with a 15.6mm dia x 20 spline pinion shaft
