Looking for a Blobeye

I'm thinking of trading my 08 Megane R26 for a Blobeye Impreza Sti.

I've never driven one but I've always fancied one so it's an itch that's going to need scratching sooner or later.

The only 2 that are near me are:

and this one

They seem pretty similar but the price difference is quite big. Can anyone see any reason why one should be worth 1500 more than the other?

I'd prefere a Type Uk with PPP and DCCD. Are there any easy ways to tell whether they have either?

Yeah I know what you mean about the first car and garage. The Monster stickers set off alarm bells for me too, but I might go see it anyway (or at least phone to see if the service history is in order etc).

The second car is a bit further away, and I don't think it has the PPP, but I'll give the dealer a call and see what they say. I do think it looks overpriced though, considering this was on sale recently at Hurst (and it was cheaper) - http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/s...

That one looks stunning. I emailed them today and it's been sold. I'm in Scotland so choice is a bit limited unless I travel hundreads of miles which I'd only be willing to do if the car looked good (I went 650 miles there and back to get the Megane).

I'd also prefer not to have a mega loud or oversized exhaust. The Prodrive one looks good to me. Do you know how loud a Prodrive is? Is that a Prodrive that's on the car I linked above?

Not looking to modify it, so like you said if I dont get one with PPP it wont feel much different to the Megane.
