What's this new planet thingy all about then?

So Pluto is not a planet (on the basis that it's to small?)
Now they have deduced? (Not found or seen?) a new planet in our solar system.
I've seen some lovely computer simulations showing the effect of a large body (not mine) entering the solar system and having an effect on all our orbits around our Sun, they know to the second (so they say) of where will be and where we will be going for the next long time, (till we join the Sun or it expands and joins us)
So how can we take any of this as fact as it now appears they have missed what sounds like the biggest planet in orbit around the Sun.
Confused on a rock about 8 mins away from our Sun, (going as fast as is possible).

On the basis that it hasn't cleared its orbit of debris/smaller bodies. (It's in the Kuiper belt. It's a tall order.)

As for "Planet X", some sums that have a significance of 3 and a bit sigma. Interesting but hardly conclusive. Also very large (projected) aphelion.

Bear in mind this planet is, at the moment, theoretical based on the simulations. It's not like it's easy to see because it's sop far away and, potentially, takes 10,000 years to orbit the Sun.

Also the arse that got Pluto down graded is the same arse that has published this paper on a supposed gigantic planet that has never (and will never) been seen.

I got fed up with it to be honest and gave up on the books. Some of the books were quite good, others terrible.

I used to like all the Edgar Rice Burroughs books about Mars and Venus. I watched the John Carter film last week for the first time. Not bad and thanks to CGI, the characters were just as described in the books. Even Woolah his faithful Martian dog.
