Is it possible to calculate the pressure in the "rod line output" an actuator when all you've been given is the pressure at the piston (100 Bar) and the fact that the piston is four time times larger than the rod?

Thought so. Will have to get some further clarification, I think.

Sorted it!

F=PA (We know the pressure and can make up an area for the piston).
Then substitute in P=F/A for the rod (4 times smaller than the piston with the annulus calculated).

Works with any value you put in, (created a spreadsheet as i'm lazy!).
