FERODO DISC / PADS - GENUINE ????

Just purchased pair of front disc & pads from a on line supplier based in France (not sure if I can state name on this site) my main concern they certainly do not look genuine, discs are roughly machined, pads are also suspect, have returned discs, thinking should have also returned pads, got refund 3 weeks later after many emails.Have now gone for Brembo from Europarts £20 extra can't compromise on braking....these look quality and same day click & collect.Possibly an inferior brand using the Ferodo name/box lesson learnt if cheaper may not be what it seems...any thoughts or views.
