I'll organise a little run from Bracknell again if people are interested? (As per Gruffy's request). And i'll do some maps for the non locals on the day.
I would be going through Bracknell from the M4 on my way from Wilts (providing my car's back after its service), so hope you'll permit me to join you all for the run to VW.
Looks like a lot of 'PH meet virgins' are coming along! More the merrier! The V.W. meet tends to just kind of start sometime between 11:00 and 13:00 as a rule. Then people just come and go for the next couple of hours. Previous events have seen very large numbers, even up too 150-200 cars.
I normally arrange the run from Bracknell's "The Point" (details at the bottom of page 2 of this thread) and we have anywhere between 20 and 50 cars at Bracknell's venue, depending on the weather and general interest. We're meeting in Bracknell at 10:40am and leaving at 11:00. Then an 'interesting' cross country route to V.W., some of it quicker than other bits ;c) but nothing silly. I also tend to give out maps to the people that don't know the area or where the route is going to go. We'll get to V.W. about 11:30-11:40. Look forward to seeing new faces and old.
