Volvos and lights

What is it with volvos always having lights on during the day, almost half of all the volvos i see do this, p***es me right off. Is it just the interiors being so dark or do they thing their superior.

Also how annoying is it when your already doing 75 80 even 90 on the mway and some chump decides to dazzle you to the point that you almost feel your head about to explode. Am i the only one who just slows down and waits for them to move over (if they ever do) without flashing etc.
