Williams not doing too well here, it should be a good track for them, clearly being out developed by Ferrari & Lotus.

Lotii having a pit lane race.

So if we say Vettel is a couple of tenths faster this weekend..... at best Ferrari are still .5 second behind Merc on 1 lap pace. In reality probably more than that since both Hamilton and Rosberg had scruffy final laps.

Well done Lewis. What happened at the end of the session ? seemed the track got slower.

Awesome replay of Kimi on oppo next to the wall there.

That little Lotus farce cost Grosjean I think, I reckon he could have had P4.

I wonder what time Vettel could have put in with an engine in his Ferrari. Split the Mercs?

Considering his lack of earlier running I think that was hugely impressive from LH.

Nah, he'd be 3 or 4 tenths behind.

That was pretty close, well, for the Non-Mercs...

Kind of pleasing to see Seb and Massa at the back of the pack, should make for some fun racing tomorrow.

Good lap by Lewis. Tomorrow might present a chance for Nico to finally nail him on track, if he can keep up.
Sorry

I miss the combination of Brundle and Coulthard. Can't watch either the BBC or Sky due to the other tts alongside them.

So how did you watch it?

Really enjoyed that quali for some reason, even though the Mercs pretty much had 1-2 in their pocket. Kimi's last Q3 run onboard was particularly enjoyable, he absolutely wrung the neck of that Ferrari.

Encouraging to see Ferrari improving relative to Merc in quali, such a shame Vettel had problems. It would be very good to see Vettel and Massa come through the pack tomorrow, and I hope Kimi can keep the fight with the Mercs. Watch out for the Lotuses though, either one has the mental capacity do a banzai come first corner in the race.

Vettel will come through the pack quite well, but Massa will crash into someone and blame them.

Kimi seems pretty pumped-up about being starting 3rd.

Looks like Vettel may have a trip to the stewards after overtaking Mehri under red flags in FP3.

Interested in your reason for thinking that?

I swear he looked no different in his 2007 championship winning press conference. He has the male equivalent of "bhy resting face".

Could you not just have put on 5 live and heard their commentary?

More chance of Rosberg getting 'nailed' by Raikkonen than that happening IMO. Will be interesting to see if Kimi can put some pressure on Britney.
