He's not interested in a single seat racing setup through karting, F3, F2. He's more interested in a path from sim racing to endurance racing.

He's been quite vocal about his interest in Endurance and SIM racing, so makes sense i guess. Be interesting to see what his times were compred to current drivers of that car at the same circuit.

most ex F1 drivers absolutely nail GT3 or Hypercars , look at the results of Kobayashi or Buemi who were mediocre F1 drivers , when you have a really talented F1 driver in GT3/ Hypercars like Alonso , the results are spectacular , I reckon Max would obliterate the opposition ..........or crash
