Absolute cretin of the highest order. Don't believe that "plays the fool" bullst, he's a complete tool and on occasions incredibly rude as well. Tit.
I'm sure you could do a way better. LaurasOtherHalf said:
Where your impressive argument falls short, is that it's immaterial if I could. I'm not the one being paid large amounts of money to do so.
Well, I doubt you consider yourself cretin of the highest order, so ergo you think you could do better. Why not prove to the world your superiority? Set up a YouTube channel, grab a friend with a camcorder, pop down to a local clubman race meet, talk to a few people on camera, then post it up so we can see how much better you are. Who knows, maybe Sky F1 will see it and fire Ted Kravitz and pay you the large amounts of money instead? Win win. I think the overall point is that if Sky are to be the only broadcaster they need to get rid of the banality and make the show better for racing fans.
Their current approach is geared toward the football loving, beer drinking casual viewer who can't think very deeply. This won't work for long if they are the only choice, and their pitiful viewing figures already illustrate this.
C4 are quite new into it but it's quite noticable how much better the standard is compared to Sky.

There, you've got it.
His Notebook after qualifying was a classic that I won't be deleting.
Crashing from one awkward encounter to another as usual, but with mis-recognised celebs thrown in.
Thanks for the heads up. Always find it entertaining for a variety of reasons so I'll download this one for later viewing. Sincerely hope the race isn't started behind a safety car. They're supposed to be the best drivers in the world so unless it's rain of biblical proportions they should be able to cope with it. To be honest how many F1 fans are actual "deep thinking" and interested in all the nitty gritty details? The average fan is probably not, and of those that are interested in the technical details most will continue watching F1 anyway. Thus it actually makes more sense for them to target the ones who might drift away more easily. The other thing is there is a lot of places on the net providing the more detailed technical insight for those of us that want it, and we're more likely to take the time to check it out. I'd like more technical insight, but to be honest it won't happen as they'll lose more people that way than they have now IMO.
Seems like it's a safety car start from what everyone is saying.
