Tiger/Mickelson for F1

Having seen that crass challenge between tiger woods and Mickelson for £7m it got me thinking.
It would be great to see the top F1 drivers (6 or so) race each other at a track like Donington for a winner takes all £2m or so. The difference being that the money goes to the winning drivers nominated charity.
There could be a few rounds of 5 laps in different cars on the same day.
DTM. BTCC. Road super cars. Hot hatches. F3 whatever.
Would be great positive publicity for F1 and would be fascinating to watch!

Contracts are probably really difficult but then why can they race in ROC?
ROC now is mostly low volume production stuff like the X Bow or one make series race cars partly to get around issues like that. When Schumacher competed in while he was at Ferrari he wasn't allowed to drive a couple of the cars due to contract reasons. Or Seb in a Porsche?
