I'm just a messenger here but I thought I'd share it with you all:

Apparently, Fleet Street is being "primed" in advance of an announcement that TB will step down in the next 2 weeks on account of his daughter's twice attempted suicides!

At the moment, the "grapevine" is quite a short one so you never know.

I guess the thinking is that if England do the biz in Portugal then the emphasis will be diluted a little.

You heard it here first!

And a son who is drunk and disorderly, and a wife who obviously has more time for "civil rights" than her children..... both of them need a damn good slapping...how about sending the social services round with a couple of "orders"?????

Hope the phucker is out on his ear ASAP!!!

Downing Street today announced that the Office of Prime Minister will be outsourced to overseas as
of September 1st, the start of the government’s new
fiscal year. The move is being made to save £450K a
year in salary and benefits.

The cost savings will be quite significant" says
Treasury spokesperson Adam Smith (Lab. W. Hants)who, with the aid Of the Parliamentary research arm, the General Accounting Office, has studied outsourcing of British jobs extensively.
"We simply can no longer afford this level of outlay
and remain competitive in the world stage," Smith added.

Prime Minister Blair was informed by email this morning of the termination of his position. He will receive health coverage, expenses and salary until his final day of employment. After that, with a two week waiting period, he will then be eligible for £240 a week from unemployment insurance for 13 weeks. Unfortunately he will not be able to receive private health insurance coverage as his unemployment benefits are above the required limit.

I'm in shock," Blair stated. "I thought for sure I'd
have some job security around this place. I have no
idea what I'll do now," he further lamented.
Preparations have been underway for some time for the
job move.

Mr. Brown was also informed by email. Mr. Brown will
receive no unemployment benefits since he has not held
the office of Prime Minister. Mr. Brown has not responded to the email but it is expected that he will stay in his current job, which at this point has not been outsourced..

Sanji Gurvinder Singh of Indus Teleservices, Mumbai,
India, will be assuming the Office of Prime Minister
as of October 1st. Mr. Singh was born in
the Britain while his parents were here on
student visas, thus making him eligible for the
position. He will receive a salary of £320 a month
but with no health coverage or other benefits. Due to
the time difference between the UK and India, Mr. Singh will be working primarily at night, when offices of the UK Government are open.

"I am excited to serve in this position," Mr. Singh
stated in an exclusive interview. "Working nights will
let me keep my day job at the Sky Television Customer call centre. I always knew I could be a Prime Minister someday."

Parliament stressed that patience will be required when contacting Mr. Singh as he may not be fully aware of all the issues involved with his new position. A
Government Spokesperson noted that Mr. Singh has
been given a script tree to follow which will allow him to respond to most topics of concern.

The Spokesperson further noted that "additional savings will be realized as these scripting tools have already been used previously by Tony Blair here in the UK.
Such scripts will enable Mr. Singh to provide an answer without having to understand the issue itself."

Parliament continues to explore other outsourcing
possibilities including that of Chancellor and most
Cabinet positions.

My spies in the halls of power haven't warned me that everything is about to change.. Current plan appears to be that there will be an election about 6 months before the due end of the current term..

Then again, the last lot of policy mandarins I had the pleasure of meeting couldn't find their ar5eholes with both hands and a map..

I'm really sorry to hear that about his daughter, but from the experience I've had with the typical new labour socialist stormtrooper, surely most of their home lives must be like this?

The Tories may be a bunch of transvestite fruit fetishists, but that means at least they know how to party

I'm fairly confident that Mr Blair would happily sacrifice all his children personally in the quest for more power.

Tories may be a bunch of transvestite fruit fetishists, the last lot of policy mandarins. It's amazing how much fun a Tory can have with a mandarin (or a satsuma) and an old pair of tights round his neck.

When did his daughter try to commit suicide?

I've never seen that in BBC online. Mind you the BBC is no longer the source of all knowledge unfortunately.

Shouldn't he find his daughter some proper medical help and try to fix the systemic issues regarding care of the depressed and severely mentally ill, rather than just glossing over everything and bullsh1tting the public?

"Ministers 'urged Blair to stay'

Cabinet members assured Mr Blair he had wide support
Four Cabinet ministers were last month so concerned Tony Blair was considering resignation that they personally urged him to stay on, the BBC has learned."
