If you are petrified of someone driving the same car as you, as some people seem to be, I'd argue that they do. What happens if, gasp, a new neighbour moves in with the same car? Does one person have to move out?

As for being petrified, I'll admit changing organic matter into stony concretion can indeed have it uses.
