Will it bring British jobs and money? If so than it gets a thumbs up from me.

I probably wont ever own one so couldn't care less about the details smile

Oh... and the attitude towards wealthy people as mentioned in the article is disgusting.

Would anyone spend £150K on a watch and then leave it on the dashboard when they parked up?

Not sure you would want to have this on display unless you only ever parked it in Monaco.

Pretty vulgar. I expect they will sell a few v8 diesels here though.

£70k of options! I wonder what the cost would be with every option ticked!

I didn't understand if it was a reference to Aston because they will be even more miserable at that news.

I read it as a Rolls Royce reference... I could be wrong!
But at neither sight, will they be laughing at that level of take up!

I thought they had moved to Goodwood? They should be reassured by such numbers?

Quite.

Plus I like the way he has addressed Bentley. It's as if 'Mr Bentley' is reading this and will get all upset. biggrin

Five and half thousand advanced orders. Do me a favour rofl Was that before anybody had actually seen it?

What it represents is the cheapest marketing exercise JLR will ever undertake (ie free) to work out what the price ceiling of this type of vehicle can be pushed too.

Expect Range Rover products with considerably more gravitas (and style) to top trump this motorised gargoyle. Was the designer as boss-eyed as his finished sketches, one can only wonder. Vee Muzzt Build Ziss. Brilliant hehe

Yeh, Bentley choose a Breitling in the middle of the dash and Aston choose a Garmin

The Gaydon reference is to JLR's presence there. They can probably see what we all see - that you'd have to be mad to buy this instead of an L405.

Possibly, but the RR L405 is like a clitoris around here (Cheshire). People avoid buying them because they are so common. Truly wealthy often rank exclusivity above most other things.
