Nope that's prime thread fodder.

They've devalued it. Could get a real one for that money.
Cheapest AMG G on PH

Brave pill definitely required!
Pleasantly surprised. I thought it would be a 1989 model that's been round the world 3 or 4 times, literally.

Didn't realise we'd limited ourselves to AMG variants.

I think I prefer the G made to look like a Jimny.

Half the price too.

I don't think you realise how awful and slow the Diesel G wagons are in reality laugh Just horrific things! If they'd never made the 55 variant, which spiked peoples interest in the old knacker. I reckon they'd have died out years ago as are simply bad cars!

£75K for a 13 year old FFRR laugh
That’s punchy

Having had a CLS with that engine, I'd far rather have the G Wagen than a Range Rover, brave pill wise. The CLS was beautifully built and engineered. The Range Rover I had, far less so.

To be honest the 2013 CLS makes my 2018 Audi SQ7 seem plasticky and fragile. That era of Merc was, I suspect, a good one.

Now I like a P6 as much as the next man and this one looks nice but not £20k nice … it’s a 2200TC, not a 3500 V8 - even really good ones of those go for less than this one. I’d reduce it by £10k just for the black and silver plates … on an R reg, whatever next …

Overpriced Rover
I'm not sure it even looks that nice - paint seems off at least in the first pic and I don't think the upholstery has been done that well.

ETA ... think the plates are legal (even if they annoy me!) because DVLA left a loophole when they mucked about with classic tax rules. They've closed it and you can use them on pre-1980 I think ...

I remember that one being for sale last year, presumably prior to the current vendor buying it.

I don’t think that’s drastically overpriced considering some of the other performance cars of the era. I’d love that in the garage.

While I agree in part I reckon £12k is tops which makes it a solid 20% above. Maybe it’d be £15k if it came from a dealer and you had some rights

I know I'll get some backlash for this one, but I seriously could not part with 90k for one of these:

Makes a clio V6 phase 2 look like a bargain.

That price seems completely mad - there is a similar R26R for £34k in the classified at the moment and that is top of market.

A lot to unpack here.
Cossie rep with really strange front end proportions.
Questionable shut lines.
No details of the car, just "it's my uncles so I won't answer questions".
And the seller is "Kahns Repairs".
You'd be better off burning your £15k.

A full Ford service history, but never had an MOT since 2017.

Selling on behalf of your uncle? We believe you.

If you Google the mobile number his "uncle" has another eBay account selling car parts. He also has Ford Escort and Cosworth replica parts for sale.

Why does it state it has been completed to a very high standard? Clearly a case of "not as described"

For instance, look at the indicator lens in the photo above. What standard has that been adjusted to?

The wheels also look really small. Adding to 'finished to a high standard' also missing a Ford badge at each end. I always find reps of these easy to spot, probably due to them being a larger than a regular Escort, due to being based on a Sierra floorplan. Easy to confirm, if there's no rear diff it's a fake.

The side on view shows how badly the front wheels sit in the arches, looks really strange.
I just don't get replicas at all. Anyone who cares enough to be impressed will know its a fake, so who you trying to impress?
