No sign of Calum93 then I really hope he gets what coming to him not only is he putting up our insruance costs he is also putting up insrance costs for all the trnasport companies which transport our goods food etc which puts prices up in the super markets so were paying twice brilliant.

I had to make a fualt claim last year we didn't have a courtsy car we used a works van and there is no way I would have claimed for it end of story. I did ask the insriance if I could claim for the Aircon pump and Trubo I had to have replaced a few months prior to the accitdent (the car was a write off) but they said I couldn't which was fair enough but they said I couldn't so that was the end of it I was honest about it and they were helpful but I couldn't claom for it

I think this thread has probably run its course now... Odessa is just attention seeking.

Again, sorry to the OP for the hijack!

Odessa, is self confessed fraud not a crime in Germany too?

No bullying just punishing a very silly mistake, so that the next time he is considering engaging in fraud he wont admit it on the most populat motoring forum in the world.

FYI, bullying;

Bullying is abusive treatment, the use of force or coercion to affect others,[2] particularly when habitual and involving an imbalance of power. It may involve verbal harassment, physical assault or coercion and may be directed persistently towards particular victims, perhaps on grounds of race, religion, gender, sexuality or ability.[3][4] The "imbalance of power" may be social power and/or physical power. The victim of bullying is sometimes referred to as a "target."

There is no coercion, or verbal assault based upon religion, race, gender, sexuality or ability.

What we're doing is "pisstaking"

Hahahahahahaha, someone who thinks a username as such is appropriate is now having a "go" at people for supposed "bullying"?

I dont know what the insurance premiums in Germany are, but I can tell you now, they are not cheap here in the UK, especially for younger drivers. The main cause of this? Abuse of claims and claim amounts for accidents.

No the accident management company are looking into it, eventually they'll find out you can't claim for that sort of loss.

I also think that what Zollar said is sad but true.

Oh to the OP as well, if your claims management co. don't know why you can't claim for future premiums, they really are a bunch of berks who should be working at a Wimpey.

Essentially when you are found not at fault, your ncd is reallowed back to you, any overpayment of premium is refunded and it is treated as if it hadn't happened. I know theres urban myth that says otherwise, but I've never actually come across it in 13 years of dealing with claims.

I'm in the middle of an insurance claim just now and am claiming for uninsured losses, eg excess and rental of the car I'm driving justnow (allbeit its a car my dads lent to me, don't tell the insurance company). The insurance company seem to be well on board with these claims, I think its quite likley that you will manage to extort a bit more money through this medium, esp considering the woman has accepted full liability.

Best of luck anyway pal, let us know how it goes.
Wow, you really are a selfish tt aren't you, you are trying to screw a insurance company, pushing everybody else's premium up, whilst most probably perpetrating a fraud.
Let's hope karma catches up with you.
