Most of that didn't make sense? 
My 182 suffered brake fade doing nothing more than fast driving on country roads. Better brake pads sorted it.
I'm obviously not down with the cool kids, being as I am middle aged, but when you say "bagged", I assume you mean I'm criticising it. Then yes, yes I am. I don't require "credentials" to do so either, I have this thing called an opinion, which I am entitled to, as we all are.
