I would quite like to see him in a Bentley Brooklands.
The 2 door Bentley that time forgot.
Its perfect its classy, its built to cross contents and have you relaxed ready to fight after a days drive, lots of room for baddys in the boot, comes with a cocktail cabinet.
Plus its so big and heavy it would make for a good car chase, you wouldn't get the problem of bonds car outclassing the bad guys in terms of speed.
Nothing worse than bond supposedly an amazing driver that can't get away from a landrover in his Aston.
Really an Alfa Romeo 159 full of bad guys and guns can keep up with a DBS??

I have this little problem with your theory. You say that you are a Bond fan & yet think of all these stupid cars that he should have driven iyho, including a mono.
However, it is perfectly evident to any true Bond fan that a) you are not a fan, b) you haven't read &/ understood the books, c) you do not understand the films & d) do not realise that this is a villains car, not one of a hero.
OP
You have totally mis-understood who and what Bond is.
He is the English gentleman spy. Well bred, well educated. Suit wearing. Well spoken type who while he does tend to kill people, is largely polite and wouldn't look out of place at a Golf Club. A country club or maybe, just maybe, a casino.
His cars follow that trend (largely) Bentleys in the books. Astons in the film. He only goes for the more er, esoteric when he has too (2CV, that one with a bus in and I don't count the Z3 as he only drives it for 2 minutes and the one with the Z8 in it is just st anyway) They should be the automotive equivalent of a stately home. powered by a rocket.
Not a fking F3 car with bodywork. One seat. and no roof. Where is his girl going to sit? It looks stupid and is hardly elegant.
Something like mission impossible yes. Bond? No. Just no. Ever. No. Stop it. You're wasting time. And do you really have that badge on the back of your Porsche? Seriously?

You may find Bond driving something like the mono if he has no choice (i.e. an escape attempt, or his own car destroyed) or is a specifically designed vehicle for a mission (like the Little Nellie Gyro Copter for instance) but it is not a “Bond Car” imho, it can't be It has no room for:
Gadgets (where are the missiles, flares and machine guns, etc going to go),
Protection, an open cockpit means no protection from enemy bullets,
unconscious baddie in the boot (for later interrogation),
no room to store close combat weapons and other vital bits and bobs,
his suit and hair will be in less than pristine order when he arrives at a destination,
and most importantly has no room for a Bond Girl.
The Aston has all those qualities covered, it also looks good and adds to the image of Bond. Its British built, sure it’s not the fastest and most capable car available but it just works, it has the ability to be brash and outspoken or if you are in a more well to do establishment, slip under the radar without being too low key.

I don't think a windscreen helped his wife in On Her Majesty's Secret ServiceGadgets (where are the missiles, flares and machine guns, etc going to go),

If he'd had a mono she wouldn't have been in the car with him, and therefore would still be alive, in which case Bond would likely have hung up his Walther and have settled down and had a couple of kids by now. I mean lets be honest, who the hell would go out on risky missions when they had Dianna Rigg sitting at home waiting for them!.
