Complete build of a 500bhp drift car - want to see it?
Discussion
Very very nearly there
Rollcage padding fitted, FIA stuff in the head area is horrid to fit!
Front screen is now fitted, used Lexan polycabonate in the end as sourcing a new one will take months!!
Bonded & bolted
The go faster bits are now all in place, just minor tweaks & tidying to do
And the engine bay has been washed down & it all looks rather lovely, the cam cover will be painted shortly...
She moved under her own power to other side of the garage sounds

Must say fantastic work, but i don't think you should of edited the 1st post to see the current stage of the build, spoils all the fun of looking though the read to the very end following your progress, to anyone who hasent seen this thread before.
Good thinking - maybe I'll edit for a sneaky arty picture to give you a taster Dakkon said:
When do you think the car will be ready and thus which is the first event do you think you will be using it in, just wondering when we can see the beast in action?
Well it should be ready & completed in the next few days, though this car is going to off to Spain when done. However I am building another one! though this one has some more doors, but mechanically similar which you will see me in EDC & JDM Allstars, first rounds are in April

Brilliant job O.P, I've been watching this thread since the beginning and I have to say this car has turned out to be amazing. I'd rather drive this 20 year old car than so many of the crappy new 'sports' cars that are out today. I'd love a video to hear the engine note.
P.S. Old School Japanese cars for the win!
