Aye
Quick question:

How many people lurk on this thread but don't post?

Interested of Edinburgh.
Asked a while back and never got an answer.
In that case two of us are interested.

Those wheels are a bit special lick
Was just about to say, they look horrid!
Some form of BBS RS copies that look wrong.
You sure (not doubting, just asking)? I thought the RS came with a load of different centre piece sizes (some with short spokes, some with longer spokes) depending on the original model they were specified for, how can you tell from those pics?
You are correct, there are many different versions of the BBS RS wheels, but the basket weave looks wrong on these to be RS's.

Also, something they all have in common is the way in which the waffle plate is fixed to the wheel, by the central nut, these wheels have the waffle fixed by a fixing screw, I also believe the rim is etched with 'OZ Racing'(or similar).

Have a look here, at 0.29 seconds.
E30 is correct. Those are rather rare OZ split rims. A costly original option

I'm wondering how many people don't know that you only need click the 'Watch' button at the top of this page for the new thread to appear in their My Stuff...

Thanks for the heads up. I didn't know that

On lurking...I posted the 335i with cloth seats and DSP in vol 8 although I wasn't following the thread(s) prior.

As 80's as a Tears For Fears album.

Love it.

Hello, lurker and very occasional poster since vol I. Coincidentally I have just ordered my first BMW, OK it's only a 320d ED and is wrong fuelled but I've dreamt about owning one of Munich's finest since my Dad borrowed his friend's E28 528i for a couple of weeks when I was 8. Also as I do 30+k a year it's probably the best one to have as a daily. I will be looking for a weekender next year so I am currently mulling over whether to go for an Elise or E46 M3. Anyhow, hi everyone!

Following on from my last post this: http://mobile.pistonheads.com/sales/3849448.htm is a nice E46 and a nice spec, shame I'm not in the market yet.

Huge forum for these in the states, 700bhp supercharged efforts aplenty.

This with 700BHP would be insanely cool
