Ok bare with me.
Lower it.
Make it a little narrower.
Keep it an Avant.
Keep the 5 cylinder turbo mount it in-line with proper rather than pretend four wheel drive with 40/60 front rear bias. ie Quattro
Rebadge it RS2/2
I'll have one.
Fixed that for you.Lower it.

Will they though? Genuinely intrigued. BMW released their X5M year before last and I am yet to see one! Just wonder if all the development actually delivers to the bottom line.
News just in to us Brits.... car makers no longer care what we think. The British market is irrelevant as our roads are st, fuel costs continue to spiral and our ecoscam commy road tax system is aimed at putting us in low capacity grief boxes. If you believe that Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc are designing cars with Blighty in mind, you're a stoopid head.

Nonsense. If you believe that Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc are designing cars with Blighty in mind, you're a stoopid head.
You only need to look as far as e.g. the BMW 320d ED, a car practically designed for the UK fleet market (and selling in massive numbers).

This is joke vehicle, pointless. As said wont be good at anything in particular. Useless off road, too fat and tall to be decent on road, maybe though a good car for those who are stupid to know better.
Couldn't of put it better. Anyone who defends this monstrosity is not a petrol head and probably knows more about metrics and micro management than the 4 stages of a 4 stroke engine. ICPE anyone???Buzypea said:

ICPE anyone???If you have such a vehicle which is useless off road, isn't particularly practical when compared to an estate and is certainly not sporty due to its physical dimensions and artificial electronics you are left with something that is simply a status symbol, so yes it's definitely not the vehicle for me

The one thing I am impressed with is that it doesn't have a dual exhaust. - Due to the lows they are sinking to, I would have expected Audi to fit a second for nothing other than cosmetic reasons. Hell, why not go the whole hog and fit a triplane wing, 28" chrome "rims" that come already "stanced" and an 'S-line' sun visor?
Might as well alienate enthusiasts completely and concentrate on the core market:
