I'd like to know this too. I only buy a few tickets at a time.
Sadly I think my poor old bank account might be getting a bit of a bashing until the novelty wears offhehe
Also how do you find out how close you were to winning, do they e mail you to let you know how far off you were?

Well, this just inspired me to buy 5 tickets for the F-Type.

Thanks OP, and congrats laugh
I drove and ftype v8 s yesterday. It was brilliantly fast and loud but not a car I felt I could do big miles in. The sport seats killed my back for some reason - I'm only 6' 1. As a weekend car it's brilliant though.

One moment required opposite lock, with tc on and in a straight line in the dry and half throttle. It is not.a car you can drive relatively quickly without really thinking about it otherwise it will bite you. That was my impression - perfect for a fun car though..

Thankfully I only do about 5000 a year and have a total shed of an estate for comfortable tip duties.

I have high hopes of winning, I'm already practicing my face!

Nope, I'm getting an M6 Grancoupe, and gonna take the cash alternative for a house deposit tongue out
Unless you desperately needed the money right then (in which case tick the £10k cash box for an extra £1) it makes no sense to take the money as it's 80% of the pre-VAT price.

So on the £94,750 M6GC you'd only get £63,000ish. Better to take the car and sell it straight away.

Do they let you sell it right away like that?

I think you can flip it but would need to let the BOTB guys know as it removes any possibility for them to do a follow up on the car you won etc. Makes things a bit confusing if people are in different cars to those that they won.

Thanks guys - i didn't tick the box unfortunately. Can't say i'm complaining..

Thoughts are to keep the car given how rare and special this is. Memories are important things and every time I drive the car I will remember the feeling of realising i'd won.
Are you obliged to keep the car or could you sell it at any time if you chose to do so?

Early May should be the delivery date. Yes I added a few options to pay for myself but stratstone Mayfair were fantastic and through in the privacy glass. I therefore will only be paying for the wheels.

I hope that you don't mind the suggestion, but I'd add fixed Pan Roof to that car if I were you. Lovely spec otherwise. 21's and Privacy pretty much a must have.

Not necessarily vital - and you may not get ALL of the £1,555.00 back that it costs BUT it's a nice thing to have, you will certainly get some of the cost back and it will definitely make the car MUCH easier to sell when you are finished with it.

As I say - not vital but just my 2p worth (as a Range Rover Dealer).

Fair play to you sir and congratulations on the win!

He makes a very good point. I'd always add the fixed pano roof (not fussed about it opening) to a RR, makes the whole interior so much lighter.

Here is the last game I played about a year or so ago.

My guesses are the red, and centre is the black "+". You pretty much have to be on the money to win.

I would truly have loved to have had the roof and to start with put it in until I realised how desperately it needed the wheels. Unfortunately the 1500 quid for the roof is needed in quite short order for other things. I'm very lucky to have one and you can't have it all. I chose the Ivory headlining to make it as light as possible - I think with the black seats it would have been very important but with the white I'm hoping to get away without it.

If you don't want the car then you can opt for cash to the value of the car minus 20%. Otherwise your free to do what you like with your car.

it is the value of the car ex vat minus 20%.

So retail 50k you could opt for 32k cash. I think it would be stupid as you could run the car for a year with free insurance and service, sell and take cash.
Unless you are desperate for the money take cash, but the whole point is you win a car. If you want money have a bet.

Fair play - I understand entirely and in that position would choose the same options and advise clients to do the same.

Congrats again on the win.

I think my only "concern" with that plan would be that'd I'd never ever be able to follow up with the car that I won after the first year or two. Everything else would always be inferior in some way biggrin

Not sure on this. My aim will to be to keep 40k equity at which point I move into another 55k car, keep until worth 40k and so on. By doing this you can keep a very nice bit of metal on the drive for a minimal monthly.

I'm very fortunate that I'm not in a position where I desperately need cash or can't afford to run the car I've won so why not use it and enjoy it? The whole point of this competition is to win the car not the cash!
