All the best to Rowan.

Hopefully the Mclaren will be back on the road in the near future.

That looks closer to Elton than Haddon. Is it just past the crawler lane?

As a fan of both Rowan's work and the F1, I wish both of you a speedy recovery! Proof of course that this sort of thing can happen to the best and most experienced of drivers...

Hope he's recovering well. The photo above however does not bode well for the future health of the car.

That looks expensive!!

I guess with an insurance value of over £1m though a rebuild will be on the cards?

Bloody hell that's a big impact!

My thoughts are with Rowan and his family - get well soon.

I'm sorry to see that has happened to his car. At the end of the day, it is only a car after all and I'm just glad that he is OK, cars can be replaced.

On another note, is it possible to repair that level of damage to an F1? After all, these cars are worth so much money therefore it would take a huge amount of damage to actually write it off.

I`d believe now that this was a rather unwanted incident.
Get well soon Rowan, hope you and Teddy didn't suffer too badly.
