Sad news indeed. Saw lots of bikers out at the weekend enjoying the ideal conditions and just thought how vulnerable they'd be to the slightest mis-calculation by themselves or another road user .

There'll be new threads , probably starting today, but it certainly puts the "my neighbour's fence is six inches on my land" and "my neighbour's kids are playing football in their garden" threads into perspective doesn't it. Sadly, Kyle will never get to hear his child having fun in the garden.

I have just watched some of the videos he posted on Youtube. How tragic and as a previous poster said, his on bike camera shows him to be a sensible rider.

I never knew you Kyle but this saddens me all the same and I really feel for your partner and your unborn baby.

Like many here, I didn't know him personally, but v sad to lose one of the community. As tragic as it is for his girl and child, at least a part of him will live on in the little one.

As a close personal friend of Kyle's, it is touching to see the kind words from everyone here at PH. He was obviously very well respected and loved throughout the community. As an outsider, it's interesting to see that he was so involved in the community, founding the Scottish HSV clan etc. I will be sure to let his family know about this thread, I am sure it will mean a lot. Thanks to all at PH.
