snap on is so good to sell
when i was buying up my collection i was winning job lot auctions for around 2-3k, siphoning off a shedload of nice stuff then ebaying the remainder on for a profit of a few hundred quid.. i ended up with a pretty fine collection but this lot is mental, you could cream off an incredible set and then ebay the rest into much smaller auctions and probably still make a few thousand quid along the way
the spanners alone has got to be over 20k ... anything long and over 24" becomes mega expensive and are like £100+ each... if they are flexhead or swivel socket or half moon or anything fancy then even more dosh

I see plenty massive and half-moon spanners, along with all manner of extremely exotic stuff there.when i was buying up my collection i was winning job lot auctions for around 2-3k, siphoning off a shedload of nice stuff then ebaying the remainder on for a profit of a few hundred quid.. i ended up with a pretty fine collection but this lot is mental, you could cream off an incredible set and then ebay the rest into much smaller auctions and probably still make a few thousand quid along the way

Off you pop, then, let us know when you're relisting
Ebay is an Aladdin's cave of stolen goods distance sales seem to elicit very few questions about the origin of such goods. Be warned, the police are now investigating more of these suspicious sales and people are having their "bargains" taken away. One too many "bargains" and one too few questions asked and suddenly you're a handler yourself.
Disclaimer: I am not suggesting or implying these goods are stolen, just be alive to the issue.

I didn't think they were stolen - it would be a bit obvious to try and sell that many together. But it also seems unlikely to me that he would have bought many of them new from Snap-On over the last couple of years.Disclaimer: I am not suggesting or implying these goods are stolen, just be alive to the issue.
I would love to know the real story.
