No Name and Shame comes down to don't ps off any big firm as they have lawyers who will sue irrespective of the truth of the argument. But saying bob from X ltd is a good bloke to speak to for Y is providing advice and help.

May I ask how you got on with your purchase ?

I was considering a car from the same company and as I am nearly as far from them as you are, I too wanted to be certain what I was letting myself in for.

I would be planning to fly there and drive home with my new car so if I didn't like the look of them or the car when I got there, it would only have cost me an airfare and a hotel.

Having said that, I hope all goes well for you.
