That the trouble with Audi drivers, they see "underlings" rather than other drivers with exactly the same rights and as much need to get anywhere as anyone else.
The A7 just looks unfinished to me, I love the A5 but don't think the extra two doors were successful.
I don't think they do at all. I think on the whole other people, for some bizarre reason, feel inferior and intimidated. The A7 just looks unfinished to me, I love the A5 but don't think the extra two doors were successful.
Last year I borrowed my cousins company car, a 3 year old A6 3.0tdi S-line (typical company fare) that was probably worth about £12k. Anyway...as I drove down one of the main roads near me, a guy on the footpath turned around and shouted 'rich bd'!
I don't doubt some Audi owners are up themselves, but I do believe a false perception of this sort of owner being a vulgar, showy bd is also at work here.
Also - when the quattro lettering is in black, it's way less garish. Actually... it's... sorta cool. See Jalopnik's in-person photos: http://jalopnik.com/5975815/2014-audi-rs7-dear-aud...
And I totally agree with the Jalops - chrome wheels is just not a good look.

Fugly! 4 doors and huge - they'll sell loads in China...
Selling lots of cars in China, Russia, Middle East, South America...America...is what most premium car companies are aiming for.Stating the obvious really, but such comments have become a sort of 'slur' against a manufacturer or vehicle here on PH.
We Brits really are a superior bunch of stuffy twits.

Sad but true. When I had mine, I found myself looking at other cars with contempt. I remember looking at an Astra once and thinking "You poor, poor man. You just don't get it, do you?"I sold the car quite quickly after that.
Quite like this one though.

. Personally I feel the latest generation of high end cars are purely designed with the Far East and Oil Rich states in mind rather than sticking to a brand's design identity - which is a shame.
Audi and the rest can change however much they like its their business and the business is now not on the shores of blighty.
I for one like the exterior but that interior is DULL... i do like the B&O satellite speakers !!
I love performance cars, but I hate Audis. Just don't understand the appeal at all. The facts and figures are irrelevant because the whole thing is just lethally boring and uninspiring.
Still, I'm glad all the sheeple buy Audis. Audi provides the inverse which allows the concept of "nice" to exist.

I love performance cars but hate anything that really isn't a performance car. Whether it be a Mondeo, Vectra, Audi A4 TDi, BMW 320d or whatever it's just dull and uninspiring. Still, I'm glad all the sheeple buy Audis. Audi provides the inverse which allows the concept of "nice" to exist.
The RS range are very impressive (not as good as the classic when RS actually had a passion and was a collaboration with another top motorsport designer) and to me are performance cars so I love RS's but not Audi's just like I love M Cars and AMG cars.
