Cracking shed, with a bit of T&T on that has got to be worth £250 of anyones money - it's 350 miles away from me but if I was closer I'd buy it, if it died after six months sod it - scrap her in, viva la shed!

damn.....

About 5 miles from me - may be tempted to have a quick look - there may be a few quid in it with a bit of TLC to the bodywork

Or the pictures may be painting a fairer picture and its a rusty heap - pretty sure the bonnet looks scabby and the offside rear quarter looks like it might have had paint

Either way, if I have a look, I'll report back here

We need to find out the shiply cost and add that to the purchase cost and then delude ourselves that that was the price of the car? The remaining ticket could cover the shiply cost?

I love this. I'm planning on one of those big summer banger rallies next year where you drive anything you like a stupidly long way with the proviso that it only cost you 250 quid. I'm praying something half this good shows up when that rolls around.

What a star, you're like Pontoneer offering to check out S10GTA's Scottish Mi16 'project'.

My Dad had several 164s before moving onto 166s.

Out of the lot my favourite was his original twinspark. Felt much lighter and more nimble than the V6.

How can that be £250?? If it was nearer I'd have that.

250 squids, damn straight.

someone go buy it and drive it straight to your local spannerman and then drive it for a week, then send it back to him........and repeat.
i speak from recently aquired Alpha experience.

still, 250 why not. last owner 14 years, carphone.....i'm talking myself into this bad boy now.

Wow. What an excellent find! This is full on shedding.

As several have already noted, the value factor is 100%.

Top work shedders! :-)

When new the build quality was likened to BMWs. Aren't these 2 litres quite easy on fuel too?
Only in the sense that the V6 is hideous and a TS appears frugal in comparison. But a TS more than makes up for fuel costs vs a V6 in the amount of oil that you'll need to throw into it...

Good shed, £250 is nothing for a car with MOT, especially a vaguely interesting one.

That has been old by an older chap I expect, the cable tied trims and badges are dead giveaways.

May even be a smidge of profit in this one, get it, clean it up, get some nice photos and then stick it on an Alfa forum for £895

This was a great looking car when it was new and it still looks quite good today.
Always loved the 1988 Alfa Romeo 164 Procar Touring Car.

Fantastic shed, if I nneded another car this would be it. Have to agree , some old bloke , loved his Alfa smile Analogue car phone kit lol all the rage in 1992.
Priced to sell no doubt, certainly a chance you could make a few more pennies with a little effort. Remove the old AA badge, it's got to be worth something on e-bay and never paints a picture of reliability !

It was one of Lancia's lesser known models. Didn't really capture the hearts of the public like the later Delta.

Had one of these in the late '90s. Loved it, even when the brakes failed coming up to a roundabout :-)
