Could be worse. When I did this job on the back of my old 5-series, both bolts on the off side were loose to the extent I could unscrew them by hand!

The bolts come with any half decent set of pads, however the sliders will be main dealer or breakers.

Edit: I see brake international have them. I have been using these a lot more recently (especially since brembo buggered off) there stuff (discs and callipers) is actually pretty good.
