Heart = manual, head = DCT.

Will be a quantum leap from the E92 M3, as the 991GT3 is to the 997.2 GT3 - both earlier models still very attractive propositions.

Done! I specced orange as the colour, but why can't it be bright canary yellow?

Blue and brown too. Seems popular.

I saved you several grand by minimising all the carbon tat too. wink

Black with Black, red stitching and a few Carbon bits.

Have I won the car yet?

Grey paint, dark grey leather. No options. Ready for lease duty. biggrin

In a way chaps, we're all winners.

Ruthlessly lightweight spec missing out all "heavy" options. Just for a change. People seem to have forgotten that more weight is bad mmmkay. Zillions of speakers, electric everything (so loads of motors) = HEAVY.

I think manufacturers should tell us what options weigh.

Don't think it will be the jump over the E92 M3 that the E92 was over the E46.
Is that the backwards jump you are referring too! hehe

I would have thought that there are more M3 fans out there that prefer the E46 M3 to the E92 M3 the E92 went softer & more comfortable imo.
hehe

I meant in terms of out and out performance. The E46 was definately a better drivers car than the E9x M3 series no doubt.

This latest one doesn't look like it'll suffer the 'soft' tag.

Orange with brown interior. Looks like blue will be popular for the outside, might get the brown interior though... yum

Done, went for a theme of blue paint, black leather and carbon bits, wouldn't let me select blue stitching though... frown also there isn't that bright "Yas Marina Blue" option to choose like they had one the M3 show car. Ah well. It's actually a rather good looking car this...

BMW's orange leather is nice, I reckon. Certainly was thinking that when speccing an M5 a couple of years ago.

So, blue on the outside, orange & piano black on the inside. Steel brakes, silver wheels and carbon bits (except mirrors). That would be my spec for this car, anyway. If I were paying my own money, I'd probably not spec the carbon bits.
