RE: Ford - Geneva 2015

It's also been a strict excercise in efficient performance without the weight any added hybrid tech, and will cost $300,000. It's a proper skunkworks car and was pushed through very quickly by a small team that worked on it only on evenings/weekends like the XJ220. Bloody brilliant thing.

It seems to be quite an impressive car and, IMO, looks good, as well (particularly the front). $300,000 is extremely impressive, as well, considering the prices the previous version is commanding! The price is closer to the 650S and 458, yet the looks seem put it in the same category as the P1, 918, and LaFerrari. It obviously won't compete with those cars on performance, but it'll be interesting to see just what it's capable of.Edited by Repent on Wednesday 4th March 00:54

Focus RS looks very tame compared to previous version. Trying to appeal to a more mature market perhaps??
The GT is a thing of beauty, but looks set to compete with P1s and the "ultra car" scene if they are only making 100s, which is a shame as it means we will see even fewer!!
Supposedly the styling money has gone on the AWD rather than fat arches etc. Much as I would love that look, I'd rather have the better drive system to start with. The GT is a thing of beauty, but looks set to compete with P1s and the "ultra car" scene if they are only making 100s, which is a shame as it means we will see even fewer!!
Clowns like yourself would never realised it. The reason the mk2 Focus RS looked like that is to replicate the rally look of the former WRC car. Yes there are people out there that are into that, that are not of your stupid generalisations. I can make one about you, I guess your driving a fkin diesel and think its cool to prat on about mpg, while others like myself snigger out that thought of it. It is the equivalent of cant afford the top cooking petrol model.

Wow, compared to the last monstrosity the new RS really is a nice, toned down looking thing. At least the baseball-capped, 555-jacketed 30 and 40 somethings can trade their old ones in for the new Civic if they want to maintain 'the look'.
